Tell us more about your company or organization! For those getting to know you for the first time, share what you absolutely want them to know in 2-3 sentences.
Amarel is a professional services company providing knowledge management services including technical writing, user manuals (Digital and traditional paper-based), training and engineering documentation. Our experienced team of technical writers provide simplified documentation for complex systems that are adapted to the end user while using an innovative and user friendly digital documentation system to support our customers needs by becoming their integral professional operational branch.
What are the top reasons you joined TechUnited? How can you help other members, and how can other members help you?
We joined TechUnited to enhance our engagement with stakeholders from companies and industries that can take their documentation needs to a higher level. Other companies can help us in creating a joint impact on the industrial sector.
What motivated you to start your company or organization and how do you differentiate yourself from the competition?
Our people are our most important asset and our true differentiator. Amarel’s unique DNA is based on understanding the customer needs, finding and keeping the right talents, nurturing an exceptional organizational culture and values, while using measurement and evaluation processes. We also present a variety of flexible documentation solutions, including traditional paper-based documentation, along with multi-platform documents such as Word, PDF, drawings, and more.
What new technology are you excited about? And how do you stay innovative in your role?
I am excited about technologies that simplify our lives and enable us to concentrate and contribute our strengths to the community and work such as drones, automation in general, user friendly knowledge platforms and such.
What is that one piece of advice you would share with other entrepreneurship enthusiasts in the community?
Always stay open to new ideas and how to achieve things – there is always an angle we didn’t think about.
