What motivated you to start your company or organization and how do you differentiate yourself from the competition?
Every business and organization needs a culture of innovation and collaborative offsite meetings are an important part of starting and sustaining this culture, as well as to identify problems, challenges and opportunities facing them and to solve them before they lose vitality and ultimately fail. Our focus is on planning and facilitating these specialized meetings, as opposed to meetings in general. We also consult about engagement more broadly, which supports the culture of innovation.
What is that one piece of advice you would share with other entrepreneurship enthusiasts in the community?
You need to create and sustain a culture of engagement and innovation early or it becomes much more challenging as the business matures.
